Crownpeak Appoints Lisa Ackerman as Vice President of Global Customer Success

Crownpeak, the leading digital experience platform, today announced the appointment of Lisa Ackerman as Vice President of Global Customer Success. Ackerman brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling global customer success strategies and operations within technology companies. She has led diverse and distributed teams through M&A integration and other transformation initiatives and has driven high customer retention and growth for companies including Benchmark Analytics, Career Builder, Stats Perform and SumTotal Systems.

Ackerman will be leading Crownpeak’s Global Customer Success organization, managing customer-focused teams and driving the continuous evolution of best practices, tools and processes to provide best-in-class service for Crownpeak’s customer base. Her appointment comes at pivotal time for Crownpeak, which acquired the digital experience platform e-Spirit last year.
